- This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: board governance, organizational financial and HR management, results-based management, as well as strategic planning, partnership development, gender-based analysis, and advocacy planning. The first supplemental funding will be used to focus on building an Intersectional Feminist Fund Diversification Plan & Social Enterprise.

- Ce projet d’une durée de 60 mois portera sur les besoins en matière de capacité organisationnelle afin de permettre à l’organisation de continuer à promouvoir le changement social et systémique vers l’égalité entre les sexes. La capacité organisationnelle sera renforcée grâce aux activités suivantes : gouvernance du conseil d’administration, gestion des finances et des ressources humaines de l’organisation, gestion axée sur les résultats, ainsi que planification stratégique, établissement de partenariats, analyse comparative entre les sexes et planification des activités de défense des droits. Le premier financement supplémentaire sera utilisé pour se concentrer sur l'élaboration d'un plan de diversification du fonds féministe intersectionnel et d'une entreprise sociale.
