    Development of AI Object Detection Software The primary role of the candidate will be to support AltoMaxx in the development of AI Objects Detection software. Background: AltoMaxx is developing YOLO (You Only Look Once) based object recognition detection software integration with RPAS for critical infrastructure inspections. • This capability will increase speed, accuracy, reliability and efficiency of data collection for critical infrastructure inspections • Relying on manual piloting & payload operator judgement for asset identification and data capture could provide inconsistent data quality • Efficient and reliable data capture from drones have proven to increase safety, reliability and productivity of critical infrastructure

    Développement du logiciel de détection d'objets d'IA. Le rôle principal du candidat sera de soutenir AltoMaxx dans le développement du logiciel de détection d'objets d'IA. Contexte : AltoMaxx développe un logiciel de détection d'objets basé sur le principe YOLO (You Only Look Once), intégré à des RPAS pour l'inspection d'infrastructures essentielles. • Cette capacité permettra d'accroître la vitesse, la précision, la fiabilité et l'efficacité de la collecte de données pour les inspections d'infrastructures essentielles. • Le fait de se fier au pilotage manuel et au jugement de l'opérateur de la charge utile pour la détermination des biens et la saisie des données pourrait donner lieu à des données de qualité inégale. • Il a été prouvé que la capture efficace et fiable de données par des drones augmente la sécurité, la fiabilité et la productivité des infrastructures essentielles.
