- Over the course of 12 months, Quidi Vidi Brewing Company will research and adopt new technologies and processes to increase efficiencies, reduce operational risks and enhance data collection and analysis to improve operational workflow. The project will be completed in multiple phases, which will occur concurrently and include yeast management, liquid loss and risk management, efficiencies in heating and cooling, pasteurization research, general process efficiencies, seaming integrity and supply chain management.

Le projet sera réalisé en plusieurs phases, qui se dérouleront simultanément et porteront sur la gestion des levures, la perte de liquide et la gestion des risques, l’efficacité du chauffage et du refroidissement, la recherche sur la pasteurisation, l’efficacité générale du processus, l’intégrité du sertissage et la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
