- The work covered under this specification consists of a new VHF Tower System for Burgeo, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work to be done under this Specification shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the design, fabrication and installation to the full extent of the Specification and Drawings. The specification is for a 30 year performance life. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Engineering design, supply and installation of a 79.7m guyed VHF tower structure, guys, guy hardware, foundations and anchors, wave guide bridge, antennas, antenna/tower interface, ground system and ice guards components and all other materials required to meet the terms of this contract. Supply and installation of auxiliary facilities such as ladders, safety rails, and platforms.

- Les travaux visés par le présent devis consistent en un nouveau système de tour VHF pour Burgeo (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador). Les travaux à exécuter en vertu du présent devis comprennent la totalité de la main-d’œuvre, des matériaux et de l’équipement nécessaires pour réaliser la conception, la fabrication et l’installation dans toute la mesure du devis et des dessins. La spécification vise une durée de vie utile de 30 ans. Les travaux comprennent, sans toutefois s’y limiter, ce qui suit : Conception technique, fourniture et installation d’une structure de tour VHF haubanée de 79,7 m, des haubans, du matériel de haubans, des fondations et des ancrages, d’un pont de guidage des vagues, d’antennes, d’une interface antenne/tour, d’un système de terre et de composantes de garde-glace et de tout autre matériel requis pour répondre aux modalités du présent contrat. Fourniture et installation d’installations auxiliaires telles que des échelles, des rampes de sécurité et des plates-formes.
