- The goal of the project is to develop a novel Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) architecture that will provide unprecedented imaging quality of buried targets, such as landmines, unexploded ordnance, and to de-risk the determination of potential routes for the burial of fiber-optical communication lines in the complex soils of Northern regions. The primary focus of this project is the development of distinct new software modules for the Acoustic Zoom Inc's ZoomSpace processing suite that enables unprecedented focusing and interference filtering, while delivering enhanced GPR imaging and augmented detection capability.

- L'objectif du projet est de mettre au point une nouvelle architecture de géoradar (GPR) qui offrira une qualité d'imagerie sans précédent des cibles enfouies, comme les mines terrestres et les munitions non explosées, et de réduire les risques liés à la détermination des couloirs possibles d'enfouissement de lignes de communication par fibre optique dans les sols complexes du nord des régions. L'objectif principal de ce projet est le développement de nouveaux modules logiciels distincts pour la suite de traitement ZoomSpace d'Acoustic Zoom Inc., laquelle permet une focalisation et un filtrage interférentiel sans précédent, tout en offrant une imagerie GPR améliorée et une capacité de détection accrue.
