- The Province of Newfoundland and Labrador will provide funding to all eligible Community Tripartite Agreement (CTA) holders to establish and maintain Community Consultative Groups (CCGs) boards. The outcome of the project is to have functioning CCG boards which will increase engagement between the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and communities and establish Letters of Expectation for the RCMP.
