- The Firm will hire a 2019 graduate from CNA's Geomatics/Surveying Engineering Technology Program who is knowledgeable in handheld laser scanning, RPAS operations, and GPS surveying to assist with a company push into the VR tech sector and to add value to the Firm's current provision of services to its mining and utilities clients. The goal with this placement is to have the graduate work closely with the Firm's existing team to broaden its understanding of this technology (rapid data capture via handheld scanner). The graduate will also assist with internal initiatives to improve current processes, including point cloud processing and clean up, general GNSS surveying, and the development of best practices in this sector.

- L'entreprise embauchera un diplômé de 2019 du programme de technologie du génie géomatique/de l'arpentage du CNA qui connaît le balayage laser à main, les opérations SAPD et l'arpentage GPS. Il aidera l'entreprise à se lancer dans le secteur de la technologie RV et contribuera accroître la valeur des services que l'entreprise fournit actuellement à ses clients du secteur minier et des services publics. L'objectif de ce stage est de faire en sorte que le diplômé travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe existante de l'entreprise afin de développer sa compréhension de cette technologie (capture rapide de données par scanner portable). Le diplômé participera également à des initiatives internes visant à améliorer les processus actuels, notamment le traitement et le nettoyage des nuages de points, les levés GNSS généraux et le perfectionnement de pratiques exemplaires dans ce secteur.
