- As Virtual Marine continues to deliver more simulators to clients around the world, the number of issue inquiries and tickets from clients, both internally and externally, increase proportionally. This project will see the hiring of a recent Bachelor of Sciences (Computer Science) graduate hired to work on the development and deployment of a computerized and on-line system, to be known as Knowledge Base, which will help clients find answers to solve their technical issues (e.g., setup, troubleshooting and maintenance). This system will help Virtual Marine scale out its client support program while improving overall client satisfaction and customer knowledge. In the initial phase, the Knowledge Base will function as a self-serve client service library that contains information about Virtual Marine products.

- Comme le Service maritime virtuel continue de livrer plus de simulateurs à des clients du monde entier, le nombre de demandes de renseignements et de tickets émanant des clients, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe, augmente proportionnellement. Ce projet prévoit l'embauche d'une personne ayant récemment obtenu un baccalauréat en sciences (informatique) pour travailler à la mise au point et au déploiement d'un système informatisé et en ligne, qui sera connu sous le nom de Knowledge Base (base de connaissances), qui aidera les clients à résoudre leurs problèmes techniques (p. ex. installation, dépannage et maintenance). Ce système permettra à Virtual Marine d'étendre son programme de soutien à la clientèle tout en améliorant la satisfaction globale des clients et la connaissance de ces derniers.
