    The objective of the Computers for Schools Interns Program is to: -Produce ready-to-use digital devices for schools, libraries, not-for-profit organizations, Indigenous communities, and eligible low-income individuals; -build partnerships that contribute to reducing the environmental footprint of electronic surplus by refurbishing and re-using surplus computer assets; and -help young Canadians of diverse backgrounds and genders gain work experience and develop a variety of advanced digital skills and important soft-skills such as project management, teamwork, and communications.

    Les objectifs du Programme de stages ordinateurs pour les écoles est de: -produire des appareils numériques prêts à être utilisés pour des écoles, des bibliothèques, des organismes sans but lucratif, des collectivités autochtones et des personnes à faible revenu; -créer des partenariats qui aident à réduire l'empreinte environnementale associée au matériel électronique excédentaire en remettant en état et en réutilisant des biens informatiques excédentaires; et, -aider de jeunes Canadiens et Canadiennes de divers milieux et divers genres à acquérir de l'expérience de travail et à développer une multitude de compétences numériques de pointe et d'importantes compétences générales, comme la gestion de projets, le travail d'équipe et les communications.
